I see, I can export it when it is needed.
Right now, I think I can put the code in compressed/sev.c since those
functions are self-contained as you noted.
If it is really necessary and we want to be pedantic, we can carve them
out into a separate compilation unit but that's for later.
I will send v3 and cc you.
